“The worst customer service. Purchased an item I was not happy with, you can only return something if you message oxygen first. I messaged several times and had no response. I eventually decided to post the item back. Surprise surprise they then start to don’t at me saying they’ve been emailing me which is a lie. Then they say they will not refund me and haven’t replied since. I have proof of return yet they have fraudulently reported the return not received via Klarna, another lie. I don’t recommend this company, if you have any issues with an order it’s hard luck. Update - the company have contacted Klarna disputing the return and want full payment from me, the company have not returned the item to me, they have ignored all of my emails. Why would I pay for an item I don’t have that is also faulty. Will be reporting the trading standards and the police if I have to. Absolutely disgusting customer service.”
