“Very quick delivery”

“Delivery in good time. Sizing in item not as per the sizing guide on web page. Also now discovered that no free returns after having to pay shipping to have item delivered. This is very disappointing. Hoping the item fits my husband and we don't have to return. Also the return restrictions imply the item cannot even be tried on to see if fits which very concerning.”
