Hi, That is unusual. You should see the VAT breakdown at checkout, but the price displayed would include VAT. Unless maybe you had a different currency selected? Sorry for any inconvenience.

“A great way to spend a dark winter evening. Motivational videos, quality atmosphere and an incredibly useful training tool. It has certainly improved my pedaling technique after just a couple of sessions and it's a great way to develop fitness with in-depth data analysis. So much more fun than the home trainer.”

“I ordered right hand thumb compass. Invoice stated right hand compass but item sent was left hand. When I try to contact by phone it is just an answer phone and no one calls back. Very disappointing. Subsequently made contact by e.mail and problem was resolved very quickly. The correct compass was sent and my postage was refunded promptly.”
