“Unfortunately the item received was not the item ordered as it was told it was out of stock and so I was sent an old model. The merchant was helpful and offered a full refund. Also the price was good. I will use them again and have recommended to others.”

“My product arrived very quickly, especially considering it had to go through customs to get to the US. The tool I purchased ( XDK Slug) works great and it's surprising I don't see them sold on shelves at outdoor retailers. Great design, prompt service. Go market your design!!”

“Give this light a hard first outing, an all night bike ride with some fast descents and heavy rain. The light worked perfectly, and still had more than 50% charge remaining at the end. The lowest setting is ideal for group riding on the road, and I only needed 1 level brighter on descents. The only minor fault is the head band, which appears to have a plastic base designed for helmet mounting but with an long strap. The base holds the light at the wrong angle unless you wear it like a bonnet. Not a problem for my purposes, but not ideal if you want a head lamp.”

“The first thing to say is that communication is excellent and the service is brilliant. I bought a Thumb II and it was great value and a good quality light. I had a small issue with the light but Paul sorted it immediately and almost the next day I had a new one and a return label for the old one. These things happen. I have bought before from Mapdec and the light is still going strong. Great products. Well chosen and tested by the team. well done and Thank you.”
