“The water proof socks work very well and help to keep my feet dry and warm, the only slight concern is I would have liked them a little longer as I use them on the golf course. The prompt delivery was appreciated.”

“Mapdec could not have been more accommodating. I had failed to book my first session. My bike was set up for me with no fuss. The sessions were explained to me I left nearly exhausted and a little pleased. A couple of hours we'll spent.”

“I love the flexibility that Mapdec offers me. If i want to attend a structured class, i can, but working shifts gives me the time to go for a solo session during day time. Paul is always helpful and attentive. Mapdec really has given me a place to train in the winter months. There is still more for me to gain from going as I train for Endurance rides, Time Trials and 2017 Sportives; audax rides.”

“Paul and Helen are very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating. The Mapdec set up is state of the art and offers a wide range of work outs all set at your own level of fitness. There's something for everyone. Fantastic facility to have on the door step for use all year round!”
