“Paul and the Mapdec crew are not only amazing at customer service but also knowledgeable and experienced in the trade. I can rely on Paul to give me sound advise and cut through marketing clamour. In my dealing with Mapdec, they have not pushed for sales but concentrated on what I wanted and how best would that serve my requirements, while presenting me with other available options. I am not local to Kendal and have to travel from Manchester - a trip I would happily make to make sure that I am getting a quality service. Mapdec is everything that you would want: Accuracy, efficiency, quality, honesty”

“I am new to the world of road bikes, bought a second hand Ribble and I wanted “easier” gears for the Cumbrian hills. Gave these guys a call and they talked me through the options Took the bike in and 4 days later all the work was done. An excellent job and great customer service to go with it. Highly recommend Mapdec and will use time and again. Thankyou”
