“Very happy with work done, excellent service”

“I took an old but decently specced mountain bike to Mapdec for a service and brake repair/renewal. After some helpful and friendly advice and costing we decided on an appropriate way forward and within a few days the bike was like ready. The 2004 vintage Marzochi front fork was serviced and works well despite being old tech.”

“Took my shock in for a pre holiday service, but at short notice. Completely unfazed, it was taken, services and ready, all within just over a day. Cost was less than I was expecting and I got to see all the bits that were replaced. I can’t praise the team enough for their ability to just get stuff done and serviced, promptly, with a great smile and all at a reasonable cost. I just keep going back as a I break more things!”

“Excellent service I highly recommend Mapdec Cycles. Had my bike back and running perfect on the same day! A tricky facing job on a frame brake mount but Mapdec Cycles had all the correct tools to complete the job properly and professionally and all at a great price. Thank you!!”

“Mapdec (and specifically Andy) did a fantastic job in the custom build of my Pipedream Cycles A.L.I.C.E. We worked together to build to my specification and budget working through numerous options and component availability due to COVID. Nothing was ever a problem as I chopped and changed components throughout the process. The final result was exactly what I had in my minds eye at the start of the build. I would recommend Mapdec Cycle Works without hesitation. Excellent service.”
