“Whole process was done very professionally with very helpful guidance and advice when choosing the multi fuel burner. The installers were brilliant and also cleaned up after each day plus explained and demonstrated how to make a good fire.”

“I would just like to commend the company on a trouble-free first-class service which started in the showroom and our discussions with Lesley, then a visit by Gary Clements and continued through to the final installation by Gary and his handover. Thank you very much, I would highly recommend your company to anyone who has a requirement for a gas fire or log burner.”

“Excellent service from Manor House. Their fitter, Craig, did a great and neat job helped by Sean, who also swept the chimney. Mike at the shop was most helpful, as was James. All our queries and concerns were answered fully. Would definitely use them again if the occasion arose. Well done to all!”

“I have had very good and helpful service from the staff at Manor House Fireplaces in Kenilworth and the fitting of the fireplace by electrician Tom. I am very pleased with the fireplace and in the unlikely event of a problem occurring I feel sure I will get the help I need.”

“Manor House represents a quality product and a service . Had my fireplace first installed twelve year's ago which still looks stylish in our lounge. Recently needed replacement parts for my gas fire.All received with minimum fuss despite the fireplace being obsolete”

“Purchased a celsi electric stove which I was very happy with. Unfortunately it was damaged on arrival I suspect during transit. Customer care has been good so far and am expecting delivery of a replacement in the next couple of days.”

“Really helpful in the Kenilworth shop with lots of examples of fires and fire places to “touch and feel”. Product knowledge is also very good. The design service was also very flexible when we wanted to change sizes etc. The delivery was dead on time and especially the installation service. Really professional and so neat and tidy. The overall finish was amazing. We cannot praise them enough.”
