Excellent - had the item I wanted at the best price I found anywhere. Had to wait for supply to them from Jotul, but that fitted in with our build plan and they were upfront about potential delivery time. Pre sales advice and support bang-on and toon the time to answer our queries.

Purchased a celsi electric stove which I was very happy with. Unfortunately it was damaged on arrival I suspect during transit. Customer care has been good so far and am expecting delivery of a replacement in the next couple of days.

Excellent supplier and certainly the cheapest in the area. I checked out about 5 other suppliers and Manor House was considerably cheaper. Intend to order another similar fire when my extension has been built.

We recently placed an order for an electric stove from Manor House fireplaces. I was contacted very promptly by a member of staff to inform me that there was a delay in the supply chain and that I would be not receiving it for a few weeks. They asked if I would still like to go ahead with the order which I liked, because this gave me the option to go elsewhere to source it if I needed it sooner. It would have been easy for them to process the order and say nothing until I didn’t receive the item and had to chase it up. By this time it would probably not be worth going to another supplier and they would be assured of the sale. Their honesty and prompt communication convinced me to wait the extra time and proceed with the purchase. I haven’t received the item yet so I can’t comment on product quality, delivery etc at this time.

knowledgeable staff in the shop, able to guide our decision making and give us an appropiate short list of fires meeting out needs. Home survey pleasant and knowledgeable but missed the need for a wider hearth to fit into the carpet already laid causing some delay later as new (more expensive one) had to be ordered. Fitting done in the two days arranged in spite of the problem with the hearth delaying some of the preparation work to the 2nd day. Unfortunately the limestone front covering the lower part of the fire came away from the metal backing (held in place by magnets. This was put right in the shop but necessitated 2 further visits to the shop to drop off & collect the repaired hearth part,

My electric fire arrived faulty. Manor House promptly arranged for Dimplex to call me immediately. Dimplex sent a replacement part 5 days later and the fire now works. Manor House were efficient and helpful. I said to them that to improve their customer service, it would have been nice if they could have set up the fire when it was delivered. It takes only 5 minutes but required careful reading of the instruction manual.

Bought an Evonics xavier from Manorhouse Fires - Kenilworth showroom. Showroom was well stocked with lots of different xavier makes in show. We greeted and were shown around with questions answered and given brochures on the fires we were particularly interested in. Good experience and also, because there was a delay in manufacturer delivering fire to the showroom, owner came and delivered the fire in person.

There was a good range of products to be seen. We knew exactly what we wanted so choosing was relatively simple. We made two visits and saw two different representatives. Both were very knowledgeable and helpful. I was disappointed in one aspect of the sale - Clearly the fire has to be fitted but when we asked about that service we were told that the nature of our particular job was so relatively small that non of the normal fitters would be interested. Bad form in my view! When we collected the fire I asked someone else for a contact which was given willingly and positively. We have made contact and hopefully the fire will be fitted by that person.

Product excellent, however delivery really not good. Item delivered by a local company who just left it outside front door, apparently were not allowed to take it indoors, had to leave it there until I got some help to carry it inside, and plus it was on a pallet that I am stuck with

Initial contact was great, price was good and the product is terrific. Great that Manor House also recommended an installer, who we dealt with separately but also did a great job. I cant quite remember the exact problem but remember being frustrated with the delivery arrangements, left with a 'fate accomplice' at the eleventh hour. Nevertheless that shouldn't detract too much from a great customer service experience overall.
