“I was contemplating different woodburners from various different suppliers, and I have to honestly say I went with Manor House because they were able to help me with my questions via a quick phone call, and were even willing and happy to negotiate on a combined deal. Best value on the market for the stove I wanted, and great communication right through to delivery. Many thanks!”

“I am delighted with my Ebonics Gilmour 6 fire now it is in place by your fitter, the wonderful Tom. My several visits to your Showrooms were very pleasant and instructive but problems occurred when your invoice stated a Fitting Date of Sept 8 th whereas Tom had booked the job in for Sept 1st. It then took at least five phone calls to confirm that it was definitely going to be installed on the required date of last Friday, Sept 1 st. Regards, Don Hanson.”

“From the moment we stepped into the MHF showroom we received a 5* service. Elena exactly understood what we wanted & explained what was available. She gave us space to make our minds up but was there to answer any queries. There was no hard sell! The ordering process was simple & straightforward and our fire was delivered well within the promised time scale. The fire was expertly fitted by Tom, who took great pains to ensure that we were happy with the placement. He cleverly hid the connection, cleaned up as he went along and removed all packaging. We are so pleased with our lovely new fire!”
