“First-rate service from start to finish. A great team including showroom staff, chimney sweeping and fitting the new bathstone fireplace and log burner. We would highly recommend Manor House Thank you, Michael, Craig and Sean”

“Transpired the item ordered was not available and by phone I was recommended a replacement, I should never have agreed to this as it isn't right for the setting, and according to Manor House could not be changed with Focus Fireplaces, who offered no solution. Wasted my money and time.”

“Really pleased with the service received from Manor House Fireplaces. Michael was extremely patient with us and helped us get exactly the look we wanted. The fitters for both the fireplace surround and the electrical work required were professional and did an excellent job. We are thrilled with the result.”

“Galli and James were very helpful offering advice and guidance as we made the decision to have a gas or electric inset fire. We visited the showroom on 2 or 3 occasions and decided on an electric fire. It was ordered and personally delivered by Galli within about 10 days. We are very pleased with the fire that we chose.”

“You get what you pay for from start to finish:- - from first visit to the shop, nothing was too much trouble - initial meeting with Craig and Sean - for respecting my home and my wishes - for putting dust sheeting/mats down - to sweeping the chimneys and preparation, installation of fires and cleaning up afterwards. Thank you all for your expertise.”
