“The whole process was an easy one, I knew what I wanted in terms of products, bought a number of burners off them and they kept me updated as to the process and when I can expect them. The team were professional and courteous and assisted in getting them inside for me. Would have no hesitattion on buying off them again.”

“Excellent - had the item I wanted at the best price I found anywhere. Had to wait for supply to them from Jotul, but that fitted in with our build plan and they were upfront about potential delivery time. Pre sales advice and support bang-on and toon the time to answer our queries.”

“My wife decided she'd like to modernise our lounge fireplace and upgrade the gas fire. I did some research on the internet and Manor House Fireplaces in Kenilworh was one of several local firms I picked out. After visiting three of them, Manor House stood out as the most competent and professional, so we placed an order with them. We were not disappointed. From quotation through to installation, everything was handled meticulously and according to plan. Our new fireplace and gas fire are now installed and working and we are very pleased. Excellent product and excellent service. Thank you Manor House.”

“Replaced gas fire (also previously provided by Manor House) with log burner. Arrived as promised with all associated trades as required. Fitters were friendly, professional and tidy. Have used twice and will do so again”

“We would highly recommend the services of Manor House. Excellent, informative and no pressure communication from our first visit to the show room to final installation. We were given several detailed options and, after a site visit for measuring up, we made an informed choice. Installation took two days and the team took care to complete this as cleanly and tidily as possible.”

“Showroom was good, with good advice from staff. The fireplace and fire fitting was done on time & as planned, and done by Craig to an excellent standard. No mess, and our carpet was fitted around the newfireplace beautifully. All round extremely pleased.”

“Absolutely fantastic service! Really lovely people who bent over backwards to accomadate us when we had to resolve an issue our end when it came to fitting the log burner and it had to come to a hault. Craig the fitter was so careful with our new carpet and he was so thorough. Can't fault anything at all!”
