I am delighted with my Ebonics Gilmour 6 fire now it is in place by your fitter, the wonderful Tom. My several visits to your Showrooms were very pleasant and instructive but problems occurred when your invoice stated a Fitting Date of Sept 8 th whereas Tom had booked the job in for Sept 1st. It then took at least five phone calls to confirm that it was definitely going to be installed on the required date of last Friday, Sept 1 st. Regards, Don Hanson.

Not had it installed or out of packaging yet due to building work but very prompt service

After placing our order we called to progresss and you could not find italthough we had paid and were waiting for a delivery date.our order arrived in perfect condition and the driver was excellent and more than helpfull

Apart from waiting for 2 weeks for an invoice the fire was delivered ok

The fire ordered took almost two weeks to be deivered and communication was poor as I had to call after a week to see when the fire was going to be delivered. Very happy with the fire itself though.
