“I found the Evonic fire I was looking for at Manor House Fireplaces. On contacting them, Elena, who dealt with my order couldn't have been more helpful. Elena offered me a super discount, kept all promises made and communicated well throughout the process. Delivery was quick, within two weeks, and very efficient. Thank you”

“I ordered an Evonics electric fire from Manor House to fit a new fireplace. Customer service was excellent (1. phone answered quickly. 2. Delivery date agreed and full explanation of what to expect on the day). The fire was delivered on a small pallet and arrived in perfect condition. It's now fitted and I couldn't be happier.”

“A great local shop. The staff were all knowledgeable and friendly. Our new fire arrived in the time frame anticipated and the fitting went smoothly (thanks Andy for advice, etc). We love our new fire and would definitely recommend Manor House Fireplaces.”

“A month ago I had a multifuel stove supplied and fitted by Manor House Fireplaces; never had one before, and it included having to bash out a heavy and ancient fireplace. I cannot fault any part of the whole process, and every person who was involved was extremely professional and patient with my decision-making, as well as extremely understanding of my particular circumstances. Since then the stove has worked superbly, and I am absolutely delighted with it. I would not hesitate to recommend Manor House Fireplaces. Thank you to everyone in the showroom and the fitters. Brilliant!”

“From start to finish the customer service has been excellent. The care and attention to detail has been thoroughly considered with full and explanatory consultation. Although all the staff I have encountered during this process have been excellent I would draw to your intention 1 person I particularly. James Greenway has been a leading light, not only has he clearly demonstrated he understood my requirements, but he went well above and beyond ensuring I was left feeling completely at ease. The quality of your goods are exceptional but please be sure to note it was James who highlighted this of your products. I would have no issue whatsoever in recommending Manor House nor would I in recommending James. The business that you received from me was largely down to James’s attention to customer service and his professionalism”

“We purchased a Contura 110 wood burning stove a few weeks ago from Manor House Fireplaces. There was a very good selection of stoves to choose from and the staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their products and helped us choose the right stove for us. We can't recommend them highly enough.”

“We installed a new gas fire, flu and stone mantelpiece - it looks fantastic and Michael and the team were great; they installed the fireplace and the fire in under the allotted time to a high standard. Early days yet, but we are delighted with the fire, its quality and the heat it delivers.”

“Delightful young man showed us the range of appliances and then gave us brochures and encouraged us to take our time and look through them. We did as he suggested and at a much later date we rang and placed our order. Delivery was on time and the delivery driver was extremely helpful. I would certainly recommend the Manor House Fireplaces to friends.”

“Excellent personal service and advice from the very beginning with James, then Michael with his expertise and home visit to make sure chosen fire was suitable for our needs. Praise must also go to the brilliant team of installers from the Cherry Picker driver, and Craig and Sean who left our room spotless (with help from his trusty "Henry") Thoroughly recommend Manor House fires”
