“I was very impressed with the service I received in store when I was selecting a new fire place. Also very happy with the installation. I have had a issue with the fire but it is being dealt with. Many thanks S Flackett.”

“We wanted an electic stove for our recently purchased flat and contacted several retailers. We visited two showrooms. Manor House had the better range on display and Michael provided clear, detailed and impartial information about the stoves and installation needs. This allowed us to choose with confidence. Payment was simple and delivery in person by Manor House followed soon afterwards. A brief test (mild September) showed the stove works well and it complements the room.”

“I had a brilliant experience with Manor House Fireplaces in Kenilworth. The showroom has a great range of fireplaces and the staff were knowledgeable, friendly and gave honest advice. Installation was smooth and tidy, and the quality of the products is excellent. Highly recommended!”

“I ordered a Napoleon BBQ from Manor House and was very impressed with the level of service and overall professionalism displayed. From the moment the order was placed I was kept fully informed of how things were progressing and the likely timescales. In addition the product was keenly priced. I would highly recommend them.”

“A fantastic company who helped in every way. They visited my home, provided a good selection of fire places that would suit the space, discussed options on everything. They went the extra mile when I asked if my old fire could be removed before the new fire was installed because we had damp and mould on the walls and wanted to remove it. I highly recommend using Manor House.”

“Manor House provided a brilliant service. From start to finish I received a professional and friendly service. The installation was on time and just as I wanted. I’m afraid I haven’t tried my wood burner so far as the weather has been too hot but looking forward to cosy days in the winter!”

“Really please with our new fire. Great service, good showroom and friendly helpful staff. Once we had picked our fire, the fitting was explained fully. The fitters on the day (Graig & Sean) were fantastic. Overall, excellent service and would happily recommend.”

“I visited the store several times prior to purchase to view the options and gain information. All the staff I dealt with were very helpful and knowledgeable, especially James, and I didn't feel any pressure - they were happy to let me take my time making a decision.
