“Really please with our new fire. Great service, good showroom and friendly helpful staff. Once we had picked our fire, the fitting was explained fully. The fitters on the day (Graig & Sean) were fantastic. Overall, excellent service and would happily recommend.”

“I visited the store several times prior to purchase to view the options and gain information. All the staff I dealt with were very helpful and knowledgeable, especially James, and I didn't feel any pressure - they were happy to let me take my time making a decision. And we're very pleased with our purchase!”
