Friendly and helpful staff when I visited the shop, showing me the range of products available and providing brochures for me to take home and study. When I returned to say which fire I had chosen, they went above and beyond to get accurate measurements taken in my house. Their fitter did an excellent job and left the room perfectly clean. I am delighted with the fire.
