“Bought ACR Tenbury which was ideal for the room and look we wanted as it is an inset fire. Paid extra for Saturday delivery and the fire arrived within a week of placing the order. Contacted via -mail which suited us perfectly. Good price and excellent service.”

“After placing our order we called to progresss and you could not find italthough we had paid and were waiting for a delivery date.our order arrived in perfect condition and the driver was excellent and more than helpfull”

“We ordered a black Jotul multifuel stove with tracery door online with Manor House and were quickly contacted by Elena at Manor House who talked us through our order. When Manor House realised that the model we wanted had a design change to its top, they again contacted us with images of the stove for our approval and order confirmation. The office staff were courteous and helpful and arranged delivery to the door in a matter of days. I would heartily recommend Manor House Fireplaces for their efficient and friendly service.”

“Responded to email enquiry. Dealt promptly with the order and kept updated on the progress. Once in stock I have been notified to choose delivery date to suit me. The only downside was that company who was delivering my product on the pallet was not able to communicate with ETA, hence housebound on the day waiting for the product to arrive.”
