“First purchase from Manor House Fires which was a balanced flue gas stove was conducted over the telephone as I live near Malvern. I had several technical questions that the staff at Manor House Fires where able to answer. Excellent service throughout the process with delivery at the time stated. Second purchase from Manor House Fires which was a Dimplex electric stove was made following a visit to their showroom. Once again I found the staff both very helpful and knowledgeable concerning the products on display and was amazed at the number of appliances in the showroom which made choosing the most appropriate one for what I wanted straightforward.”

“The service and communication from Martin was first class. Unfortunately you were let down by your couriers who made a meal of delivering the fire and my husband had to go and meet him in a car park about 2 miles away. We thought he had a lorry that he could not park but it was only a Luton van which could have easily been parked in the car park behind the delivery address.”

“These are real people who know what they're doing! The price of my fire was excellent and they delivered ahead of the date they gave- clearly they'd been chasing it up from the supplier. In the event my installation was delayed due to building issues. I had a mounting frame which I didn't need and they accepted the frame return long after most suppliers wouldn't. I get the impression they're a really customer oriented firm. And this comes from somebody who could double fro Victor Meldrew!”
