Initial contact was great, price was good and the product is terrific.
Great that Manor House also recommended an installer, who we dealt with separately but also did a great job.
I cant quite remember the exact problem but remember being frustrated with the delivery arrangements, left with a 'fate accomplice' at the eleventh hour.
Nevertheless that shouldn't detract too much from a great customer service experience overall.
