Prices very competitive and staff at the Kenilworth store very helpful with final queries. Fire delivered within a few days.”

“I was offered some very impartial advice prior to purchasing a stove. Manor House were not local to me but due to the way they helped me decide what stove was right for me I decided to place the order with them. The price of the stove was also very competitive.”

“From visiting the Showroom to the final fitting of the fireplace & stove, everyone at Manor House was friendly, professional and could not be faulted. I have no complaints at all and would recommend this company and workmen to one and all. Needless to say, we are delighted with the finished result.”

“Very competitive price on the stove we wanted and delivery well organised. Great customer service as a broken fire brick was replaced (including personal delivery to ensure didn't break in transit) in time for our installation. Would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again!”

“Product excellent, however delivery really not good. Item delivered by a local company who just left it outside front door, apparently were not allowed to take it indoors, had to leave it there until I got some help to carry it inside, and plus it was on a pallet that I am stuck with”

“We recently bought a Celsi Flamonik Enchant Wall hung electric fire from Manor House. We are delighted with the product and the service we received. Manor House has the best range of Celsi electric fires on display from which to chose than we'd found anywhere. Excellent advice was available. The fire was delivered to our house within 5 working days. Very happy customers thank you”
