“Initial contact was great, price was good and the product is terrific. Great that Manor House also recommended an installer, who we dealt with separately but also did a great job. I cant quite remember the exact problem but remember being frustrated with the delivery arrangements, left with a 'fate accomplice' at the eleventh hour. Nevertheless that shouldn't detract too much from a great customer service experience overall.”

“Michael & the team here are 'the difference that makes a difference'! It really was third time very lucky for me having gone to two other retailers who did not appear to either care, have any vision. We have fireplace that is not central and Michael & Craig worked so hard to create a 'central' feature in our lounge which has worked amazingly! The care and consideration that has been given had created amazing results. I consider the team to be nothing short of outstanding and I say this in relation to the entire journey; of first visit to the shop where we were properly advised and supported, to the end result of a beautiful feature in our lounge. If you really want the very best advice, workmanship and proper customer care...then do not even entertain going anywhere else.”
