Gary came and measured up several weeks before the installation. He returned and arranged for the chimney to be swept. The Installation was finished within the morning. He then ensured we knew how to use the fire safety, leaving everything tidy and cleaned up. One problem though later was the time its took to register the guarantee for the fire with Domestic and General Insurance, being passed to four different people and taking over thirty minutes.
