“Products available and delivery were very good, the only thing I'll say is sizing for each product for beginners like tyres and inners are hard to work out with some research. A universal aswell as the actual sizings on products would help (or recommendations)”

“Such a great company and I’m very proud to have a mango bike and I’m completely in love with my bike! The whole process was so smooth and they guys even kindly put some appropriately clashing colours on her for me. Such a beautiful bike, she handled the hills in Dorset and handles the roads of central London like a dream too! I couldn’t be happier!”

“I ordered my bike and it took a while to be delivered, around 4 weeks and I was only told a few weeks after placing my order that the reason for the delay was because they didn't have the wheels in stock. Given that most reviews did advise that this was the case it wasn't too much of an issue but the communication wasn't great. It arrived without any instructions to put it together other than a video online which was no use at all. It wasn't too hard but it would have been nice to be provided with some basic instructions rather than just being given an Allen key and a spanner to piece it together. After about 1 week the bike developed an annoying clicking when I cycle which doesn't happen on any of my other bikes. Given that I thought a single speed would be nice and silent I was quite disappointed. I contacted Mango to ask for help but 2 months and many emails later I am still waiting to hear whether they can actually help me with this. The customer service has been hopeless. Also one of the handlebar end plugs has now fallen off as they aren't held in very well.”

“I love my bike just what I expected and more fantastic find. I chose my wheels colours and reasonable price. The company emailed me regularly to update me on the build of my bike nothing was too much trouble. Very easy to assemble and tools to do it would definitely buy a mango bike again.”

“Bars were fine. Unfortunately the bar tape was very unsatisfactory. When peeling the backing strip from the bar tape the whole thing peeled away, leaving gaps with no adhesive to stick to the bars. What glue that was left, again pretty rubbish. Quality of the bar tape was poor, as was the finishing tape and bar ends.”

“Really pleased with the bike, pictures look great and am looking forward to riding it once I receive it. However, this won’t be making up for the customer service I received... Overwhelmingly I felt that the customer service from Mango Bikes was really poor. I understand these are difficult circumstances right now for businesses in terms of stock/supply...however there’s been very little customer care to make up for this. After ordering the bike, I had no contact from the company about how long I may be waiting, and when I did chase this up I was given very vague information in a delayed response. It is not the fact that the bike took nearly 3 weeks to arrive, i have been more than happy to wait. It is instead the fact that Mango have not been proactive in their communication at all - I am always the one who had to instigate any conversation about the progress of my order. Even at this moment I am waiting for an answer to a simple yes/no question about whether the bike has a quick release wheel which I sent 3 days ago. I’ve contacted them over live chat, after a few days I telephoned because I didn’t get a response, then the person on the phone told me to email as they weren’t sure the answer to my question. Definitely would go to another company for my next purchase as I felt the whole experience was just me constantly chasing up information on my orders. As mentioned, I have shown understanding and not once complained about the time it took to receive my order - however as a company you must also show a mutual understanding that customers are anxious about the progress of their orders too.”

Hi Louis Sorry we've disappointed you with our support along the way. Definitely not what we're about or want customers to feel. Easter hasn't helped with the delivery but can see it's due with you in the next 24 hours. We've moved staff around onto random hours to minimise contact with each other and keep the business operating. All the simple things have become slower and we've dropped the ball on some important things. “I purchased my bike from Mango using my work cycle to work scheme. The process was smooth sailing from start to finish. I was kept updated on build and shipping progress. The bike was very easy to put together once received even for a beginner like me. They have responded to my questions swiftly and nothing has been too much trouble. Outstanding.”

“arrived damaged on 13 march. called and messaged immediately. no reply for 4 days. only an angry facebook message got any reaction at all. then a bit of back and forth, every time several days before a reply came. so what it says here regarding "Queries Resolved In Under an hour" is ENTIRELY FALSE INFORMATION. in the end I had to pay extra shipping (60 quid) to get a replacement it came completely stripped, no instructions, no assistance, nothing whatsoever. AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS. THEY ARE A TOTAL DISASTER”

Hi Jirdo Sorry you feel let down. Though we have been pretty fair and tried our best to get you sorted. The bike was signed for in good condition, then you reported the box was damaged. Then we even sent you a replacement frame as a gesture of goodwill, but you were extremely cross and pretty offensive about that. We want everyone to love their Mango bike, why wouldn't we?! But there comes a point where it doesn't matter how hard we try and we have to say, enough is enough. Sorry you’re not happy with us. We tried really hard. Mango Bikes

“Absolutely in love with my bike. Its an ex demo bike but it came in pretty much mint condition. I'd been looking at it online for months. I've been on it everyday. So glad I made the leap and bought it. Did not get buyers remorse at all. Chur Mango!!”
