Thanks for your review, however we have checked and you did not get in touch with us about your concerns The teddy you purchased https://www.maisonwhite.co.uk/product/jellycat-bashful-silver-bunny-very-big/ is massive, they are stored sealed in their boxes which they arrive in, from Jellycat , they are then packaged into the postage box when they are ready to send. So we are most confused about how it could have got grubby. We are more than happy to help customers should they have any issues with their products and would refer this to Jellycat as explained above there was absolutely no way these items can get grubby due to the way they are stored whilst they are with us.

“Items received in good condition. Delivery was quick. Thank you.”

“First time I’ve used this company but would definitely use them again. Service excellent. Great product and received it quickly.”

“Ordered a night light for our Grandson who’s suddenly become wary of the dark. The penguin design nightlight arrived, well packaged with batteries already in situ and also a lead (extra long) for charging/using the mains Our grandson was at our house when it was delivered and so he opened it and his little eyes lit up! He adores it. It sits on his bed post and gives just enough light for that bit of reassurance. Very cute design, doesn’t get hot and easy to switch on and off underneath. And a bonus, a lot cheaper buying from this company than other suppliers. Highly recommend!”

“An exceptional service from Maisonettes White! I look forward to seeing my grandson's reaction, when he opens his present on Christmas Day. I was kept informed throughout transaction and would recommend without hesitation! Will definitely use again in the future. Many thanks to all the team.”
