They have recently relocated their store to Benson in Oxfordshire where they sell a fabulous range of fine homeware and gifts, including soft toys from key brands such as Jellycat where they stock a growing range of loveable childrens toys. Other key brands for the home include Parlane, Voyage Maison and Dora Designs, as well as leading brand candles and diffusers. “My only issue was that although dispatch was very quick after my ordering of the product it didn’t actually arrive for several days after, this was disappointing.”

Thank you for your review, your order was dispatched 6/9, same day as order received with economy post selected, it was delivered on the 10/9 which is 2 working days!

“Ordered a plush toy and the order arrived very swiftly. My only suggestion would be that the plush toy should be wrapped in paper or a plastic bag before being put into the postage bag - mine arrived in a broken postage bag and therefore having some dirt on it (luckily not too serious)...”

Thank you for your comments. We try to keep transit packaging to a minimum to conserve waste, but items are usually secure and safe in the transit postage bag. We have shipped out several thousands items using the same method and this is the first reported incident. I am sorry yours has arrived in a broken state, it is highly unusual.

Thank you for your comments, we try to keep packaging to a minimum whilst ensuring transit packaging protects the items, if additional packaging/presentation is required we are happy to oblige within reason.
