They have recently relocated their store to Benson in Oxfordshire where they sell a fabulous range of fine homeware and gifts, including soft toys from key brands such as Jellycat where they stock a growing range of loveable childrens toys. Other key brands for the home include Parlane, Voyage Maison and Dora Designs, as well as leading brand candles and diffusers. They have become a key ecommerce retailer selling their gifts all over the world to thousands of happy customers.

“Lovely product but no means of returns if faulty ....”

If there is any fault with our products they can be returned for a full refund or replacement, either way we will refund postage costs at the standard 2nd class postage rate. Thank you for your review, looking at your order you opted for the standard shipping which goes by Royal Mail (3-5 day service), I am sorry but we cannot give a delivery date by that shipping method, there is the option to opt for a tracked service though. Kind regards Maison White

“Great items, at even better price, ony the packaging could be more more eco friendly, plastic bags are so passe”

Thank you for your review, we have tried to cut down on packaging but others have complained that there was not enough, so we started double wrapping, however the plastic bags we use are eco friendly as they are bio-degradeable.

“Bought Kate of Kensington Hare Family Platter, price was good although postage a bit steep. Parcel arrived well wrapped and quickly. only criticism is the wrapper around the item was dirty. Item fine.”

“Price and quality is good but “Paypal bag” packaging which was used to package my Jellycat plush looked a bit distressed and wasn’t of the best quality wrapping compared to the official packaging used by Jellycat. Delivery was excellent.”

Thank you for taking the time to review. The "Paypal" outer bag is a quality polybag that we use, the item should also have been wrapped in an inner polybag to double protect the item..
