“The pins were really beautifully done. I love the glitter and the nice detail in her. The only thing is that a few of them had tiny imperfections, but other than that it was all perfect and very high quality. I'll surely repeat!”

“Automated emails cause confusion and are a poor cover for poor communication. Your company relies on terms and conditions rather than common sense and is happy to send out products that are totally different to the proof. Previously, I had been impressed by your design team working with us to ensure that the designs would work in pin form, however despite spending quite a lot of money with your company over the last 12 months, the response I received to my query about the latest pin we received was unacceptable and I have already found an alternative supplier. Please remove me from any mailing lists. I will also recommend to all of our artists that they use another company for any future pin orders.”

Thanks for the review and sorry you're not happy with them but as they have been made correctly there is nothing we can do about changing them, as for terms we try list every possible outcome for our customers to read and check at their leisure and approve before product, we do advise to read these as stated in the emails to you and in this case provide a video showing the finished result so there is no confusion when they are made. We explained before production, Black Nickel plating is the darkest plating we have for hard enamel, and is closer to dark grey in colour. As it is a reflective material, in direct light it can appear closer to nickel (silver) in colour. The Black nickel plating will vary in darkness depending on the design and batch, we can not guarantee that each batch is exactly the same.

“MBC did an excellent job and delivered the required products to a good standard. I would be really excited to see them use non disposable packaging e.g. made using potato starch. I appreciate this is extra cost but I would gladly pay it.”

“The Team at Made by Cooper were so amazing and supportive in helping me create what I envisioned for an enamel pin. I was nervous when I first put my order in but the design team were so helpful, after showing me the initial mock up design they were happy to take on any tweaks I had and were happy to size up my design when I asked. I was always kept informed of the process and timeline. I’m honestly thrilled with my final product and I can’t wait to order with them again :)”

“The only reason I'm giving this a 4 star instead of a 5 star is when I originally submitted the artwork for the woven patches I ordered, the visual they provided me for approval was very subpar. However they went back and provided me with a very high detail product which looks fantastic and went beyond my expectations.”
