“I run a small pin badge shop and always get my orders through Made by Cooper. Their pins are always of great quality and ship quickly considering the work that goes into making them. “After digging around for a while to find a supplier, I chose to go with MBC as they seemed transparent and upfront with costs rather than digging around for the info like you would on other websites. Very easy process after ordering - the designer I worked with, Elenor, was very welcoming to any changes I wanted to make and replied very quickly (often the next day). After working through the design and approving it on my end, the turnaround was around 3 weeks for 100 pieces (considering I'd ordered as part of a Black Friday offer - I can imagine it was a busy time too so very quick I think!) I'd also like to thank Amy who was very helpful before I ordered to help me work out the best choices to make etc. Also, they're very happy to refund/change prices if you order something by accident or change your mind on something halfway through. Overall very easy service to use! Pins came through and are perfect - exactly what I'd hoped for!”

“These are really high quality pin badges and the service is very good. I received a design to approve by Adom along with Pantone references to ensure the colours were right - he went to great lengths to ensure I knew what I was getting. You could track progress of the order online and it arrived on schedule”

“Just got our new Curling Club badges, happy with the workmanship and finish on them. The whole process of designing and commissioning the badges went extremely smoothly, and we were happy with the price as well, especially no one-off set up costs.”

“After dealing with two enamel pin companies before, who were thoroughly awful, I was incredibly and pleasantly surprised by my experience with Made by Cooper. “I was not impressed about the quality of the Patches , I checked one by one and they got some embroidery imperfection . I ordered the same item before elsewhere and I noticed a better quality.”
