“Whilst their entire team is small, they can respond instantly, but only when they are not busy. They are very quickly overwhelmed, as tends to happen when they issue any time sensitive discount periods. One of my orders was not even reviewed for one week then finally sent to production a week later, 2 weeks after I ordered it, which makes a massive difference when the order takes a month to be fulfilled. Made by Cooper is only a middle-man, everything is sent off to China for production. Meaning if anything goes wrong after approval, you will need to wait a month before receiving, realising, sending back and waiting ANOTHER month for the correct delivery.”

Thanks for the feedback, yes we are a small team which we see as a good point and does get busy some times. I can see that there was back and forth with this order however I can see we still delivered them two days ahead of the approx delivery date, we don't have any records to say there is anything wrong with them, if there is please let us know.

“I have been using Made By Cooper for almost a year now, and they never disappoint. The quality of pins are brilliant and they are always so patient during the design process. In my most recent order their communication was excellent - letting me know most of my order was shipping and kept me updated with the remaining pins which shipped not to long afterwards. Can't fault this company at all and always recommend them!”

“I can't believe Made by Cooper was able to capture all of the tiny little details of my designs. When I first submitted to them I thought there would be some linework lost, but the designers were able to capture everything exactly and were super patient when I tweaked things before approving the final file.”

“I bought a set of 100 pins from Made By Cooper, and the whole process is fantastic. Excellent communication all the way through the process, from initial digital drawing, to when they are out for delivery. The quality is excellent, and is just what you expect. Cannot fault them, and I will definitely be using them from now on!”

“I love pin badges. Everyone has that thing they love collecting some it's shoes, bags for me it's patches and pins just because there the smallest things but they perfectly round off any outfit. I used madebycooper when launching my book the boy with the hole in his chest to bring one of my characters to life through my talented illustrator. People always compliment it and since then I've wanted to do my own pin badge business as well as making my own d.i.y patches and jackets I'm just struggling to set it up but however when I do get round to I'll Defiantely use made by cooper as they do such high quality products and to but they don't burn a hole in your pocket. There great at communicating they got back to us and worked within our time scale amazing people.”

“hi, the quality was so amazing. very good job very good one. one month to receive as they told me so! well i only saw 10 pins with some sort of defections but its still ok.... the only problem i had was a communication one, i asked something if was possible before placing my order, and the assured me that it was, so i did place my order. after payment and several days after the checks they said it wasn't possible.....still i loved my pins, plus i was disappointed not to see a post on their instagram it would really helped my sales since i am new to pins and that would be awesome to get some boost, i thought they wanted to help new pin designers....”
