“This was an overall great experience. I ordered a batch of pins and a second batch of patches. The process for both was incredibly easy. In regards to the pins, receiving the beautifully cleaned up proof and the final product was awesome. The pins came out perfect, with extreme care for even the small details. Thanks MBC for your help and quality!”

“At first i worked with a local brand from here (Costa Rica). They made medals and things like that, and told me they could make the enammel pins. but everything was a mess and i lost my money. Then i worked with madebycooper and everything was perfect and also cheaper.”

“Made by Cooper surpassed my expectations. When I've had pins made by other companies, I ended up with a lot of flawed pins, wrong colors, and unexpected delays. With Made by Cooper, my pins were all perfect, delivered on time, and they even promoted them on their social media accounts (thanks, that means a lot)!”

“Pins are very high quality. However, after working with other pin manufacturers, I've found that MBC is overpriced and slow. I also wish they communicated with you more during the process; after you approve your proof, you hear nothing from them again until your pins arrive a moth later. Other manufacturers let you know when the mold is done, send you a picture of your pins before they leave the factory, etc. Finally, I took off another star because MBC's terrible policy for re-ordering. EVERY other pin manufacturer I have worked with does not make you pay for your mold a second time if you want to order another run of pins. They simply charge you for production, per piece. MBC, on the other hand, bakes the mold fee in, so they force you to pay it again if you re-order. This is a complete rip-off, considering MBC already has the mold made. Great quality pins, but because they want to rip me off on the re-order, I won't be using MBC again.”
