“I have made a lot of orders over the past year and if anything ever goes wrong, for example the colour of enamel used on my pins, they are quick to do everything possible to help.”

“They were among the cheapest which worried me a bit but their service looked good and proved to be very much so. Tidying up the cloth badge design and then a bit of to-ing and fro-ing to change a few things I'd not noticed on my original artwork was handled in a decent timeframe and the end result was every bit as good as I expected. Highly recommended.”

“Pins turned out perfect. Custumers services send my pins to production two weeks later because they forgot (!?), and usually take between 1 and 2 weeks to answer an email.”

“Ordered patches and pin badges. Was give a delivery upon payment which we were happy with. 4 weeks later and we are still waiting on the pins and will have another 2/3 week wait for them. The patches recieved did look super though”

“Made by Cooper does a great job of ensuring that the customer understands what they're getting and paying before the ordering process even begins. This is something that I don't see a lot in other pin companies and definitely what attracted me. On top of this, they have an incredible social media presence and use their Instagram to advertise pins they've made for their customers. While this is all very nice, there were times I felt uneasy with the company. When ordering, a final possible date of delivery is listed and the invoice informs you of when you might get a proof, but beyond that, you are left in the dark. After I approved the proof, I was ignorant to the process of my pin. I hoped for some way to check on this order. I emailed asking for an update and my pins immediately shipped to me, which I hope was coincidental. I've recently seen the company making updates, so transparency issue might already be on its way to being resolved. The pins turned out great and the quality I expected with a few pins having regular line abnormalities. My only concern was that one area that was listed on the proof as white turned out a soft bluish gray color instead. This isn't a big deal and no one has complained about it, but I wish it was white instead. I'm pretty happy overall, just a little uncomfortable at certain parts.”

“First time I have used Made by Cooper. The service was excellent, quick and professional. The customer service and design team were very helpful indeed and were not put off that I regularly requested updates to how the order was progressing, in fact it was finished earlier than scheduled which was great!. One small thing..I would have liked to have seen/held a sample at the outset before confirming the order because I would have gone for a slightly bigger size. I will certainly use again and recommend. Thank you.”
