“When the design I supplied fell outside their specifications, Made by Cooper were really quick to respond: they outlined the problem, offered to fix the artwork and sent a new proof. Finished badges are excellent quality: I couldn't be happier!”

“First time using Made by Cooper and I'd recommend. Great communication early on with easy going, knowledgeable staff. I ordered pins and I am more than happy with the final product. It takes a while to arrive but for the quality it is worth it. Would order again (and already have)”

“In every way possible. The process was simple, fast and effective. They went beyond my expectation by being able to manufacture and deliver my patches in under a week. I was notified by email on the status of my order at key intervals. When I sent emails for clarification they were always responded to in less than an hour. Thank you!”

“To qualify this to start with, the badges do look good, sadly though, they were the wrong colour, they have come back gold, I appreciate that when I ordered I clicked gold plating but I assumed that this would be for the back as this was the default setting, in the design I sent over to you the design is clearly yellow and black, in the approval email it does show say gold but as it looked correct (if slightly duller) in the email I didn't see that it said gold, what was more frustrating was that there was no offer of any compromise or compensation when I emailed with Oliver. I run a design studio in Manchester and sadly I'm definitely going to be looking elsewhere (and advising many others to) when it comes to getting enamel badges made which I think in the long run will be a shame for your business. Maybe tell Oliver not to just quote T&C's at someone just because he doesn't know who they are and perhaps advise him to try and find a helpful solution to help out a client. Best, Mark”

As mentioned the badges are as the approved design and of high quality.. We send designs for approval and the design you approved was what was made. We can not offer compensation on something that was made correct to specification without error. We have the process of approving a design for these reasons to ensure its correct for production and it's at that stage you should read and look at the design not when the badges are delivered.
