“Impressed by Made By Cooper's service - cheaper than my previous manufacturer and a more streamlined ordering process. Would recommend to anyone looking at getting pins made. Product also arrived slightly earlier than expected which was a bonus. Cheers guys.”

“Great communication and super fast delivery. The patches weren't as good quality as others I've seen but they were the cheapest by far so I guess you get what you pay for ¯\_(?)_/¯”

Thanks for the review, the detail and quality is excellent, we do need to know if you are comparing the patch to a more expensive type of patch we didn't know about in future please

“This was our first enquiry, and I am always nervous when I find a new company from a Google search as most don't even bother getting back to me, however, it was a great experience from madebyCooper from beginning to end. Excellent service from the outset, and all my questions etc were answered very promptly. It would be good to have a name to answer to rather than an "hello@" email address....feels a little impersonal.....Small niggle! Product arrived this morning as promised, on time, and it looks fantastic. Thank you.”

Thanks David, yes we use hello@ email so if someone isn't free then someone else picks up the thread to try keep communication as quick as we can. Also helps with emails potentially going to an inbox by someone that is on holiday etc, so we stick to one email for all : )

“I had an excellent experience with Made By Cooper and I plan on working with them exclusively going forward. I had an order that I needed very quickly. Their rush department got right to work and I had my order in just about 2 weeks. Not to mention the product is top notch. With great customer service, and excellent response time, I feel everyone would benefit from using Made by Cooper for their patch, pin, & toy designs.”
