“The badges are amazing, really good quality and very well made. exactly what I imagines and better. The whole process was fantastic, I felt confident I was going to get what I wanted, submitting designs is always hared because you never know what you are going to get really, but I was looked after really well by the design team and everything was super clear and explained to me. great service. Fantastic!!! thank you all very much indeed.”

“Having never ordered enamel pins before, we were super nervous! The website and submission process is a breeze! We researched everywhere before moving forward, and Made By Cooper was overall the easiest, most convenient, and friendliest group to work with. Will definitely be ordering our next batch from them when the time comes! Also, don't be nervous, I can almost guarantee your pin will come out looking amazing!! -The Midnight Society”

“If you have a quick scan over the comments, they all say the same things. Quality items, great service, friendly, helpful staff, quick turnaround time, ease of ordering and just plain awesome. There isn't really much more i could add to that really. To see more examples of their products, their instagram and twitter feeds @madebycooper are full of pins they've made, and they're all excellent.”

“Excellent ! I know that's an often over-used word, but in this case it;s the best one to describe the service and attention to detail "made by Cooper" have demonstrated on this our first experience with them. The art work was offered for approval very quickly - and we did not feel that our request was all that easy - and the finished project arrived within the timescale suggested on the website. The items arrived and we were extremely impressed with the quality of the badges; the colouring and finish was superb. “The product has turned out well. I do feel however that the process was a bit strange, you were suggesting a charge of 30% of the overall order costs for one sample to be created. I do not understand how this cost can be justified.”

Thanks for the review, this is why we provide visuals to approve at no extra cost - the costs to make one of anything custom don't come cheap and need to cover costs for samples of a custom made and stamped item (plus if the order doesn't go ahead), we do offer partial refunds once the sample is approved.
