“I cannot even believe they sent me a survey to fill out. My order did not only arrive but also I did not hear anything from the company called Mad Flowers when I tried to track my order. They charged me and then nothing happened. I think it is a scam company. They do not respond e-mails or calls. Do not ever use it, report them if possible to be a good citizen.”

“I have purchased from Mad Flowers before and can honestly say ,will purchase in the future.Quality of flowers of a high standard parcelling very good,which I think helps to protect the flowers and ensures the flowers arrive in very good condition. Always room to improve,so I would say,continue as is but just get even better.Some unusual varieties might be nice from time to time,but obviously the price has to be right. Upwards and onwards I say!!!.”

“Had high hopes for the lovely Honey Bee bouquet I ordered for a birthday present, but the bouquet that arrived didn't look like the photos at all.. don't get me wrong, it was grand, but there were no white chrysanythemums to create the softness ans fullness that the bouquet promised and that the photos online had shown.”
