“Beautiful vase, beautiful flowers arrived on time. minus one star because the lack of chinese symbol support for the message- I wrote a bilingual message on the note but only the english text was printed”

“I am highly disappointed in your delivery. I wrote a message for my girlfriend on her birthday and you delivered an empty card with a caption “No Message”. The flowers 💐 were almost dying.”

“The bouquet ordered was not what delivered. Different flowers. Also, the order was placed more than 2 weeks in advance however on the day it appears they forgot about the order. I contacted the store and they organised a courier to drop the flowers. They arrived late in the evening. I expect they were a rush job hence they weren't what was ordered.”

“This was my first time ordering from Mad Flowers. On the positive side, flowers were very nice and the delivery was prompt. However, the delivery driver left the box on the doorstep without ringing the doorbell or waiting to understand if anybody was at home - they could have been taken! Also, I ordered a more expensive glass vase and we received the cheaper one. Finally, the printed card with the message was not given time for the ink to dry or an issue with the printer but it was difficult to read.”
