“This was my first time ordering from Mad Flowers. On the positive side, flowers were very nice and the delivery was prompt. However, the delivery driver left the box on the doorstep without ringing the doorbell or waiting to understand if anybody was at home - they could have been taken! Also, I ordered a more expensive glass vase and we received the cheaper one. Finally, the printed card with the message was not given time for the ink to dry or an issue with the printer but it was difficult to read.”

“I ordered a boutique of roses for my sister's graduation. I ordered on a Wednesday morning they were delivered the next day! They were the most beautiful flowers I've ever seen and they came in a gorgeous glass vase. It really was a 10/10 service. I couldn't have been happier and I will definitely be ordering again.”

“I have emailed already in relation to my disappointment and have not received a reply. In short, the delivery time was fantastic, however, the bouquet I had selected was labelled “insane” and was advertised as being the largest size. Upon receiving the bouquet the size was no larger than a regular sized bouquet. After spending the amount I did I was very disappointed.”
