Good morning, I can see from our records that a digital report was sent to your email address the day following our visit. We are trying to be as paperless as we can to reduce our environmental impact. As such, our visit data and reports are now recorded and sent digitally. Engineer carried out service on my alarm system yesterday 02 11 23 ,polite took shoes off entering house was impressed. Would have given 5 stars but was sent email this morning wanting payment ! I gave engineer a cheque, maybe there could be some system on the I pad to say cheque given re payment, which would be better than me receiving an email requesting payment. I telephoned Lynx this morning and spoke to Isabell and she said she would put it on my account I had paid. I asked for email confirming payment .Thank you Shelagh Marsh

We have an annual survey We pay a fee a man turns up checks our apparatus we sign to say he's been he goes The end 🤷🏼‍♂️ He was a very nice chap 👍

Mega to-ing and fro-ing to get an appointment sorted out, with incorrect emails sent to me regarding another customer followed by no communication at all. Finally a phone call got me a date and from there on in all was good - hence 4 and not 5 stars.

Shane was prompt and very good,I had a new battery. all is OK. I did ask for a reciet but did not get one.

Quite quick and efficient service - letting us know that we our alarm battery was old now. The battery was able to be fitted there and then, which was convenient rather than having to arrange an extra visit to have fitted.
