“The staff are always polite whether on the phone or in person. The engineer arrives on time to carry out the annual service and is respectful of my property. Accepting the attention of my dogs is also a plus. 👍”

“Shane, the engineer who regularly services our alarm system, arrived on time and carried out the service efficiently. Shane is courteous and friendly. He advised us that the battery was near its end and replaced it for us. Subsequently we received his report. Highly recommended.”

“Annual service of my alarm system. It’s always a pleasure. Engineer was extremely helpful and explained if any sensor batteries required changing. The panel battery was still healthy and he advised it can be pushed for another year as it was still showing good signs. Booking process was quick and easy and all staff are very friendly and polite. Look forward to next years service :)”
