“After having a new meter installed I found that I was unable to reset my alarm. After a quick call to Lynx I was told they would be with me as quick as possible by chance I was booked in for the yearly service and they would do this at the same time. Three days later I received a call to see if it was possible for a service engineer to call answer yes. Shane arrived about half a hour after the call to me promptly found the problem replaced the back up battery with was totally flat and was a possible reason I could not reset. Service done all back up and working now. Special thank's to Lauren and Shane for sorting out so quickly.”

“A service engineer arrived on time to service my Lynx alarm . He was very professional. He changed the batteries and checked that my alarm was working as it should. I received an email the next day outlining what had been checked and a warranty for the next 12 Months”
