“Our annual service seems to come round really quickly. Ben arrived well within the time we were given. He did come to us for a callout earlier in the year and remembered coming to us and what he had done even though he goes to lots of houses. “The Lynx Engineer arrived promptly. He was keen and very personable. He tackled to Annual Review with enthusiasm and answered all questions promptly. He had a good level of professional knowledge and appeared very competent. He covered all areas which we expected and we felt thoroughly well looked after.
