“I had an annual service and inspection which was efficiently carried out and in a friendly and helpful manner. Shane helped me reset my phone app following a change in broadband provider. Everything was carried out satisfactorily and very professionally.”

“Arrangement of the service visit was five star. The engineer arrived during the allocated time slot, was courteous and the service was completed much more quickly than previous years. However, I was puzzled to be told when I questioned why one of the inside motion detectors had not been checked, that it was just a decoy. It has always been checked during previous service visits and the blue light flashes when motion is detected. I hope that if a battery should have been changed that the current one doesn't fail before the next service visit in 12 months time.”
