“Ben was very professional, he explained the process to us and how to change certain things if we needed, for example isolating zones. Very thorough, professional and friendly.”

“Our annual service seems to come round really quickly. Ben arrived well within the time we were given. He did come to us for a callout earlier in the year and remembered coming to us and what he had done even though he goes to lots of houses. He was very efficient with our service as well as being friendly”

“The Lynx Engineer arrived promptly. He was keen and very personable. He tackled to Annual Review with enthusiasm and answered all questions promptly. He had a good level of professional knowledge and appeared very competent. He covered all areas which we expected and we felt thoroughly well looked after.
