Your engineer arrived on time he was friendly and got on with the service. I do think that it was very expensive for what he did!

No problems to report at our annual check up As with all services of this type its getting hard to justify the cost as apposed to time spent actually carrying out the task.

Polite, arrived on time carried out work without fuss. Unfortunately left the incorrect batteries for our fobs again for the third year running even tho record's were updated

I would give Shane the engineer five out of five as he was excellent in all areas. Thank you Shane, your professionalism was much appreciated. However, administrative staff not as good. Carole rang and asked for our email address which previously we had allowed and owing to unwanted contact had it withdrawn. She assured us it was to forward on our receipt. We reluctantly agreed and received an old receipt for a repair to the bell twelve months ago. Nothing relating to the service. A ruse I believe!!

In all interactions all of the Staff have been extremely helpful and pleasant . You've asked for an honest feedback and I only have one issue which Is frustrating more than anything . Your company came to fit my mums alarm around March ' 23 ( mum is 85 with has Alzheimer's dementia and at that time lived alone ) my husband signed the 3 year service agreement amounting to around £150 a year . My frustration lies in that my parents had an alarm for maybe 25 years , never had it serviced and it always worked without problems . Had my husband read thoroughly what he was signing ,I know he wouldn't have signed it ,as he never ever takes out additional cover on anything and would have gone over it with me first as it was for my mother not his ! I just feel if it had been Emphasised at the time exactly what he was signing for then this would have been a much fairer way to do business . I realise he signed it but , at the time there was so much paperwork after mums burglary I imagine he thought he was just signing to accept the alarm being fitted . My gripe is that we don't feel what he was actually signing for was made clear at the time and we are now committed to having mums alarm serviced for the next 2 years . Also why would we want a service yearly when the batteries are supposed to last 2 years. Surely 18 months would be soon enough , but I was advised the alarm can go off in the middle of the night when it wears down and I would not want to pay for a call out ! I know there's nothing we can do about it and just have to suck it up ,We just feel it wasn't made clear at the time what my husband was actually signing for 🫤 Cheryl Lander pp Anna Lewis
