“Price was good. Delivered next day. The goods were delivered to my wife's school. The recipients name on the parcel was in very small print and could not be clearly seen. This ment it was a few days after it was delivered before my wife took receipt of the parcel.”

“Very good service, I had next day delivery and could track parcel to the hour. Outdoor spotlight easy to install and set up, very pleased with item and would definatly use company again”

I am sorry you have had a problem with your light fitting, we would be happy to replace this should you wish but can understand it may not be worth the inconvenience to you. I would also like to apologise on behalf of our carrier as your parcel was delayed by a day. All of our deliveries are sent out on a next day service and although not a guaranteed service it is very rare for Fedex fail on this, occasionally circumstances intervene and next day is not possible, this was the case on your delivery. “I have used Lyco for years. Always had excellent service......until this last order. They ignored my delivery address that I had given them and sent the order to an old address (nearly 4 years since I moved from those premises). The new owners refused to take the parcel in. Luckily a neighbour was there who signed for the consigment and delivered it to me by car. This however will not stop me from using Lyco. Their prices are good and they are fast deliverers. They have apologised to me .”

“Good light - varies somewhat in its brightness in the bathroom when first switched on,and sometimes does not reach its full brightness - but not a problem. Prompt delivery and good tracking feedback”
