“The only problem we had is not with the product. It was the delivery company that let us down seriously. It took a week for the product to arrive from UK Mail. We did not get the coupon for money off to buy products in the future”

“FAST DELIVERY AND ALWAYS ACCURATE - NOT TOO HAPPY ABOUT SOME OF THE PRODUCTS THOUGH - THEY ARE EITHER POOR QUALITY OR EXPENSIVE COMPARED WITH HIGH STREET DISCOUNT STORES.”

“Lyco was great - no problem with the service or product. The problem is with the delivery courier as we have with anyone that does not use Royal Mail. They offer few, if any alternatives if you work full time so you have to pay postage & packing plus collect it yourself. Not an attractive option compared to Royal Mail (who we know are shooting themselves in the foot at the moment!)”
