“I found the website easy to use.The products arrived next day & although there were two broken items, replacements were sent without quibble & received the next day. My only comment would be that the packaging appeared to be excessive but not quite suitable for the lamps dispatched.”

“Catalogue is fairly easy to use. Telephone sales agent was helpful. Items arrived quickly packed in bubblewrap and cardboard. Unfortunately. the cardboard tube end was not sealed and one flouroescent tube was broken upon receipt.”
