“Delivery expectation was set by website claim that all orders received before 3pm would be shipped same day for next day delivery. My order was placed before 3pm but order not shipped till next day (a Friday), so delivery occurred on the following Monday. In my experience it is never a good idea to set such high expectations and then not follow through on them. Apart from this, good prices and good overall service.”

“So far I have no complaints, the delivery arrived as per schedule. Sadly I have not been able to test the bulbs yet. Quite surprised at the make - MAXIM - it is well know in the low cost or 'cheap' end if the electrical trade. So fingers crossed they live up to the bulbs made by another manufacturer!”

“First use. Prety good & fast delivery. Only problem is I was ordering vandle bulbs and it would have helped if th actual buld dimennsions were shown. The site mentioned small or large bayonet fixing, but there were two types small & large again with normal bayonet and from the pictures it was unclear.”

“Delivery and customer service was great, but i was disappointed with my experience. I'd search hi and lo for a 600mm wide shaver light, and Lyco listed the ideal thing on their website. However when it arrived it was a totally different item... only 400mm long. Apparently this was due to a stock and website issue. They didn't stock such an item any more. Got my money refunded, but now the search starts again.”
