“The website was quite good at allowing me to get to the products I wanted. It was unfortunate that the digital version of the Hi Spot that I wanted was on back-order of one month, so I had to take the Halogen version of which you only had 4 in stock.”

Thank you for your feedback. Most of our products are fragile by their nature and therefore we routinely use robust cartons that allow room for plenty of inner packing. Both our cartons and inner packing come from recycled sources. I understand your concern however we feel that as these days the majority of consumers have access to recycling facilities, we are confident the packaging will be disposed of responsibly. We would rather err on the side of caution in terms of packaging in order to avoid the disappointment of a delivery arriving damaged. Patricia Mullane Customer Care Team Leader
