“Searched all High Street outlets for a photocell operated outdoor lamp to no avail. Found Lycos and a product that I required on the Internet. Service was good and product is easy to install, looks good and works perfectly.”

“One of the six light bulbs was smashed in transit. I'm not surprised at this because the driver of fedex while searching for my package was throwing parcels around the van. I was very impressed how customer services at Lyco refund my account for the broken item.”

“Delivery quick and efficient . Whilst ordering on-line a message came up that I had cancelled my order. So I re-ordered it and then received 2 acknowledgements. So I e-mailed Lyco with this info and early next morning they said 2 orders had already been dispatched. At midday the next day the orders were delivered but the driver said he had a message to say only 1 order was to be delivered. This saved me having to return one order.”
