My apologies that your package has been so delayed. The driver in question appeared to have had problems negotiating a laneway that leads to your property. Following my conversation with you this morning I have escalated this matter with our FedEx account manager who will ensure the Manager of the relevant FedEx depot is made fully aware of what has transpired. In the meantime I have been assured that you will receive you consignment today without fail.
