“We have had 2 deliveries of bulbs both which arrived with packaging which did not protect the product hence they were broken. Lyco were brilliant at sending out new ones and ultimately refunding for one bulb after 2 tries! Struggled intially to get through on phone but email response was swift. In the meantime we sourced this product at half the price of Lyco locally, so not particularly happy.”

“A good company. However, unfortunately, I had not changed the delivery address for my internet purchase and it went to our care home in Scotland rather than head office in North Yorkshire. However, I reordered and the second lot came to the right address. We do not mind having double quantity.”

“I ordered two items from the website. The item, which was listed under bathroom lighting, being an LED, was not such, at all. When it arrived, it was an outside light, with a deep recess! Returning was easy and quick. Well done! The website needs to be more accurate”

“More technical information about each product would be helpful. Next day delivery did not happen but next but one day did. The size of box for the two small items was out of all proportion.”
