“I ordered 10 x40 watt GLS bayonet bulbs from website thinking they were standard size but on arrival they have turned out to be quite small. Was it me who was wrong ? However , the order process and delivery was quick .<br>”

“The first time there was a problem with the equipment, Lyco were very quick to take the call and replace the faulty item. When the faulty item was faulty, I couldn't get anyone to take a call at Lyco.<br>”

“Lyco helpful and quick to despatch. Couriers not so good. After first failed delivery, failed to answer phone and setting a new delivery date on their website was ignored twice. Eventually returned goods to Lyco, who had to re-send on a day when I could wait in for delivery.”

“brilliant, quick delivery, WE got the wrong bulbs but there was no hassle, I rung them up and told them, and the delivery driver came the next working day with the right order and the wrong package sent back. No hassle, friendly service. thankyou .”
