“Excellent customer service and prompt delivery! On a quite small order of around 25 pounds I forgot to enter a discount PROMO code, when I emailed about it they immediately applied the discount. Unfortunately one of the items delivered was incorrect, again they very quickly and courteously replied to my email and told me to keep the incorrect item for the inconvenience; the replacement arrived the next day. Excellent!”

“Extremely polite,efficient and accurate service. I found a small percentage of the bulbs purchased to be defective but these were replaced immediately free of charge with no problems. The way in which this Company operates it`s business is an example to everybody.<br>”
