“Having waited 9 weeks with another supplier, Lyco had the item in stock and delivery took place the next day. Albeit slightly more expensive, I've at least now got a working item again.”

“Service is excellent - I did receive my order on next day delivery. The only issue is that sometimes not all the information about the product is on the web site and I had to ring up to finalise final details before deciding to buy, but the customer services did have all information to hand so even this wasn't difficult or lengthy.”

“At the moment I am thinking that it's a bit late at night to be filling out this response form. I knew there was something I wanted to say. I suppose I could start with how pointless response forms are. This one is a shining example. A few days after I have purchased a consignment of light bulbs you write to me inviting me to comment on them. What can you say about light bulbs after such a short period of time? They appear to fit in the bayonet light fitting in the way that light bulbs are supposed to AND on switching the power on, the bulb didn't blow immediately and is still working several days later. I suppose it would help if I had a dedicated light bulb testing facility in my home and then I could send you a detailed report. If you don't already have such a testing facility and would like to buy me one and employ me to test your light bulbs, I would be quite interested. I have qualifications in scientific instrumentation and so I am probably ideally suited. I will need a salary of at least £60,000 p.a., 30 weeks pain holiday p.a. and a 'sweetener' of a 24 bedroom mansion in Jávea (Spain) and a numbered Swiss bank account that you should pay my salarry into directly. I don't expect to be interviewed - just given the job. I also want a three tear rolling contract. When do I start?”

“Excellent company, good deliveryand service etc but their site is one of the more difficult to navigate. Very time consuming to find what is needed. They do not use manufacturer codes, they use their own codes.”
