“The service was good but the light fitting could have been easier to install. Refitting the body to the wall mount was hampered by the connectors. It took several attempts to complete the installation. This security light was replacing a faulty unit which was superior in its fitting design.In conclusion, the Night Eye security light's terminal housing needs redesigned.”

“We bought two of these for bedside lights. They were extremely well packaged. Were a bit smaller than I expected, I should have checked the measurements more carefully. They arrived without the promised halogen bulbs but after making a phone call, the bulbs arrived within a couple of days. Unfortunately after my electrician had fitted the lights, that night when we put them on both bulbs immediately blew. The electrician returned with two new bulbs and they have been working well since. I can only think the bulbs supplied were damaged/old stock. My only quibbles are that they don't fit flush against the wall and the pull cord is a little stiff to pull down. They look very good and stylish.”
