“These are the first warm white Dimmable G9 LEDs that I have bought, so my experience may not be very useful for others. Firstly, in contrast to criticisms of other G9 LEDs I have read, these fitted very easily and worked fine. A great start. When I first ftted and turned on the halogen bulbs provided with the light fitting, one of the five exploded. Very dramatic. Glass all over the room. The colour is more yellow than white and distinctly warmer than the daylight LEDs I have tried. However, the remaining four halogen bulbs I replaced with these (for safety reasons) were warmer, a bit more orange, like an old fashioned incandescent bulb. That for me was a bit of a disappointment. The other disappointment was the dimming. I changed the existing switch for a Varilight JQP401W V-Pro 1 Gang 2-Way LED Trailing Edge Dimmer Switch. The degree to which the bulbs dim when the dimmer is turned right down is very limited. There are three states - Off, bright and very bright.”

“The units have a slim modern appearance, but the lights do not come on and stay on from dusk to dawn (maybe not enough sunlight yet in daytime, to power them?) and the functioning of the sensor-operated lights is proving erratic, though they are quite bright. Delivery was quick but very careless by FedEx; the driver failed to ring the doorbell and just threw the package over the bolted side gate and pushed a delivery note through the letter box having written 'back door' on the back of it!”

“Excellent service. Lights arrived and were well packaged. These have been fixed into position and are working well. Difficult to obtain dusk to dawn lights so we were pleased to find these. Good also that they will take up to 100 watt bulbs which gives bright lights around the house which is just what we wanted.”
